A full size garage that you can use to store the family cars, a workshop or office, or even up to a 768 sq.ft home! The floors are constructed on 12" on canter spacings, guaranteed to hold 2,800 lbs per sq.inch!! Heavy duty 3/4" treated plywood flooring. The two car garage model is two separate pieces, so you will need a concrete pad, or an extremely well built and absolutely level gravel pad. Don't worry, we have the best gravel guy around!

Meet the deluxe garage. The newest member of the Diamond Buildings lofted garage family. The deluxe garage is a deluxe utility shed crossed with a garage. These models feature an 8/12 pitch a frame roof, with half of the building lofted. These models are ideal for the customers who would like a lofted garage, but would prefer a more modern style than the gambrel roof design of the classic lofted garage.
